Discover Tasmania’s only Sheep Milk Cheesery, where you can meet “The Girls” (as the sheep are fondly known), taste up to 15 different cheeses and enjoy a wine while viewing the whole process of cheese making and maturing.

The Farm

Come and see our sheep milking demonstrations daily from 4.30 pm (September-March).
Children are welcome to feed and pat our lambs throughout summer.

Come and enjoy various seasonal dishes and platters on the deck overlooking the spectacular D’Entrecasteaux Channel incorporating our famous cheeses and farm grown smallgoods. [more details]

Getting Here

From Hobart, drive down the Southern Outlet to Kingston (A6) then follow the signage to Woodbridge (B68). The Cheesery is 3 km south of Woodbridge, off Devlyns Road in Birchs Bay. [more details]
