White Pearl wins gold!

Last week we got the news that our new cheese "White Pearl" just won gold at the "2010 Brisbane cheese Awards". This is the first cheese show we have entered it into so its a good start!
The "White Pearl" is also a finalist in the "2010 ABC Delicious produce awards" along with our "La Mancha". We will know their results on the 19th July, Fingers crossed!
