This is a beautiful Vanilla bean infused liqueur that has similar flavour tocustard or Bailies. Made from our sheep milk whey.

 17.5% alc/vol

Uses:

Thisliqueur is best served on the rocks with chilled apple juice tocreate the drink I call “Apple Crumble”. The liqueur acts as the custard and the juice as the apple pie.
