What does Organic mean to you?

Over the past 7years we have always used organic practices and it has only been the last two years that we have become certified. We have always seen organic farming as the only choice for us, not to use as a selling tool but because its good for the animals, the land and the earth. What does organic mean to you?

Whats your Opinion on Australian Pasteurising Laws?

Recently the Australian government allowed imported unpasteurised Roquefort cheese into the country however Australian cheese makers are still not allowed by law, to do the same. Our family have travelled around the world working with over 16 different European cheese makers who make amazing flavoured cheese however their health standards were VERY questionable in comparison to what Australian cheesemaker’s have to operate by. What's your opinion?
