A light fresh style cheese in the traditional crottin shape. This cheese is a pressed fresh curd with aromas of truffle and mushroom. A slightly molten interior will eventually reveal a chalky centre. This cheese can be enjoyed from an age of 2 to 5 weeks.
Made from an in-house adaptation of reblochon & camembert recipes, This cheese presents as a vine-wrapped log. The interior is pure white with a light, chalky consistency.

Pecorino is a traditional Italian sheep cheese. Our Pecorino is a minimum of 8 months old before release. The flavour is sweet and fruity with a piquant finish. Delightful as an eating cheese and equally good grated over pasta or risotto!

A fresh spreadable sheep cheese.Very creamy with a slight tangy finish on the palate. Great to serve with smoked salmon or wrap in a strong prosciutto.

A traditional Manchego style of cheese with a smooth buttery flavour and a creamy finish on the palate.Only our spring milk is used for this cheese which is released from 2 months to 8 months of age.
