Description
A deliciously sweet paste complementing your cheese platter. Made from the marc of our pinot pressings, this acts as a great palate cleanser. Best served with creamy and strong cheeses.
Uses:
Primavera work well with Pinot paste. Try it with shavings of parmesan, soft white cheeses, goat and sheep milk cheeses, feta and creamy blue cheeses.

Cheapest item
When in Rome as the saying goes. On our holiday in June we stopped and tried your cheeses. I thought they were great but my husband didn't like the taste. I didn't want to purchase cheese just for me as I probably wouldn't of finished it on my own. I felt like I should buy something as we tasted heaps, thats just my personality I didn't feel pressured to.I found the paste. So i bought it and now I am online to try and order lots more to send to the mainland. It goes with lots of things not just cheese. Cold lamb sandwiches are great. Glad I purchased.

I'm not a lover of pastes but i just can't get enough of this one!!
Absolutely delicious i strongly recommend it to go with a wide range a cheeses!!
