Fermented Mutton Sausage
Description
Diane (my fabulous Mum) fell in love with these sausages overseas and had to make some. This type of sausage is very rich and should be cut very thin and served with your favourite dish. Use in pasta dishes to give a beautifully rich flavour.

Delicious!
We had the good fortune of visiting Grandvewe while traveling in Tasmania a year ago and haven't stopped talking about this sausage since. I was so happy to discover I could have it shipped to Sydney!
Nothing tops this sausage :)
When we visited Gradvewe we only bought 6 of these sausages - we got home to wollongong the next day with only 1 sausage left! It's fantastic that we can order these delicious treats and have them arrive the next morning. I don't think any other gourmet sausage or salami can match these beauties. Well done :)
