(Cheese Maker/Wine Maker/Sales Manager)

Nicole's experience in the wine and food industry is very extensive. Having spent time in France and Europe she developed a well rounded appreciation for the 'finer things' in life. Nicole's passion for wine in particular led her to pursue a career in wine retail with Queensland's best fine wine retailer and subsequently with one of Australia's finest wine wholesalers. She is also regarded amongst her peers as having one of the finest 'wine educated' palates for her age. Having joined the family business in 2005 it is Nicole's intention to learn the cheesemaking and winemaking "ropes" of the family business and to contribute to the development of the business to it's full potential.
